About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Safety Case Discipline Lead to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our nuclear team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety cases for our clients in the civil nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of nuclear safety regulations and guidelines
  • Lead the development of safety cases for nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with nuclear projects
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on nuclear safety matters
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of safety cases
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in developing nuclear safety cases in the civil nuclear sector
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
