Job Title: Facilities Coordinator Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of facilities management systems, including maintenance requests and contractor management.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and report on facilities-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
