We are excited to present an opportunity within the Public Sector for an Administrative Support Officer. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our client's organization located in Ipswich.
As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth functioning of various administrative tasks.
This is a Temporary position with a strong possibility of extension.
Core Responsibilities:
- Addressing inquiries related to Property or Distribution
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Communications
- Managing individual caseloads until resolution
- Conducting Case Reviews
- Corresponding with external entities
- Reviewing Land Registry Searches and responses
General Administrative Duties:
- Prior experience in a similar capacity (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and inbox management
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Strong overall computer skills
- Capability to manage a high volume of cases
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
