Lettings Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our lettings team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team, including handling enquiries, preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate property viewings, valuations, and meetings for the lettings team.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or estate agency industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
