Job Title: Digital Product Analyst - Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Digital Product Analyst (Business Analyst) to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract. As a Digital Product Analyst (Business Analyst), you will play an essential role in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and driving effective solutions for the RCN Foundation Grant applications and Improvements to the Case Management System for the RCN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and analyse business processes to drive effective solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects
- Develop and maintain business cases and project plans
- Provide business analysis support to project teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business and process analysis and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with processes and tools, such as Agile and Microsoft DevOps
- Exceptional business analyst pedigree, preferably backed up by a Business Analysis Certification
- In-depth practical understanding of transformation delivery
