Role Overview:
As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will oversee project management functions across various initiatives, ensuring effective execution throughout the project lifecycle. This includes the preparation of proposals and providing support after project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage bids, projects, tasks, and work packages, taking full accountability for outcomes, budget adherence, quality standards, and timelines.
2. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
3. Support the application of Earned Value Management, ensuring accurate reporting throughout the project duration.
4. Allocate and supervise tasks among project delivery teams.
5. Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams, which may involve collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
6. Create a comprehensive monthly project report, highlighting key metrics and financial status.
7. Identify, manage, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
8. Ensure proper configuration control of project documentation.
9. Commit to ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong background in schedule management.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles.
