Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at TurnerFox Recruitment. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our managed services for a leading retail brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaigns from brief to distribution, working closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate quotations and timescales.
  • Input briefs and utilize CRM and Excel to manage and import data, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor campaign progress, including dispatch and logistics, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Liaise daily with clients to discuss project progress, queries, timescales, and updates.
  • Manage the creation of artwork via in-house systems and third-party vendors.
  • Brief and update third-party vendors, including production, logistics, and design teams.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and updating CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or service delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage projects from brief to completion.
  • Strong administration skills, including data management and manipulation using Excel.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills across all departments and levels of the business.
  • Strong customer service skills.
