Position Overview: Business Onboarding Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
- Guide onboarding teams on risk management and provide constructive insights
- Recognize high-risk applications that necessitate Enhanced Due Diligence
- Conduct training sessions and offer coaching to team members
- Oversee process enhancements and internal guidelines
- Foster robust relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Know Your Business (KYB) or a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Onboarding
- Customer-focused with expertise in risk management
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful training sessions
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Money Laundering Regulations and JMLSG guidance
