Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in retail stores, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through lead generation tactics
- Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to deliver compelling presentations and pitches
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage time and territory plans effectively to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems
Requirements
- A full driving license
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
What We Offer
- Base salary up to £32,500
- Commission: OTE is another £10,000 on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
