About the Role

Denholm Associates is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth strategy in the premium On-trade sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing brand development across key accounts, wholesale distributors, and specialist retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including On-trade customers, wholesale distributors, and specialist retailers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing key accounts in the On & Off-trade sector
  • Strong understanding of the whisky and gin industry, with a passion for premium branded drinks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
