Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join Health Jobs UK, a leading provider of integrated physical and mental health care services.

Main Duties of the Job

This will be a very busy role, and the post holder will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to use their own initiative and work effectively with other team members and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the accounting and finance requirements of the organization.
  • Support all aspects of contract management.
  • Work effectively with other team members and external agencies.
  • Be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, strong organisational skills and the ability to think strategically.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria:

  • Qualified or studying towards CCAB (Professional Accountancy Qualification) or equivalent.

Experience

Essential criteria:

  • Experience of using a finance general ledger system and complex report design.
  • Working in the Finance team in a demanding and complex organisation.
  • Experience in Contract monitoring, evaluation and performance reporting.
  • Experience of leading complex change management processes.
  • Complex administrative experience.
  • Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks.
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience in delivering complex clinical service redesign using analytical tools and techniques to objectively analyse factors such as demand, capacity and activity.
  • Experience of delivering complex project management tasks that span multiple organisational boundaries.
