Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft O365, AWS, and other internal systems
  • Configure and manage PAM and IAM systems, as well as user accounts
  • Install updates and patches, manage software systems, and be proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Configure laptop builds and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Diagnose and fix network problems
  • Manage data backups across our estate
  • Collaborate with the global IT team to optimize support processes
  • Develop training materials for internal users
  • Create and maintain systems documentation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and diagnose software and hardware issues
  • Experience with Intune MDM, Microsoft Azure, and scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • MacOS management and experience with managing Meraki infrastructure
  • CompTIA or Microsoft certifications
  • Familiarity with working in an ITIL environment
