Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft O365, AWS, and other internal systems

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of cloud-based systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Intune MDM, Microsoft Azure, and scripting languages such as PowerShell
