Position: Primary School Support Assistant

Location: Southport

Salary: £85-£90 per day

Working Days: Flexible hours

Connex Education is in search of passionate and dedicated support assistants to become part of our vibrant team for the upcoming academic year. We are offering both part-time and full-time opportunities that will commence in September. Various positions are available throughout the Southport region, including:

  • Long-term assignments in a single school providing individualized support to a student.
  • General support roles for extended periods.
  • Part-time positions assisting students with special educational needs (5 half-days or 2/3 full days).
  • Day-to-day roles to cover staff absences due to various reasons.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 qualification in teaching assistance or relevant experience in primary education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
  • A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through Connex.
