Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at adm Group. As a key member of our Global Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, and driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decision-making and drive growth.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global or multinational company.
  • Strong technical skills in financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of developing and motivating team members.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management.
