Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prehabilitation Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality prehabilitation services to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centred and evidence-based therapy services to individuals with diverse, chronic, and complex presentations due to their cancer diagnosis and/or treatment.
  • Perform specialist inter-disciplinary assessments and treatments as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Develop and implement effective prehabilitation programs to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality prehabilitation services.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Experience in prehabilitation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
