As a key member of our Physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs, as well as leading the clinical development of staff and the growth and development of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs
* Lead the clinical development of staff and the growth and development of the service
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients

Requirements:

* BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Current registered member of Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* At least 6 years' experience working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in acute, community and/or education setting
* Previous experience of people management and leading a team
* Knowledge and application of paediatric physio assessments and interventions relevant to a Paediatric client group
