About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Institutional Credit Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will be responsible for managing credit risk and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Bankers, Product Partners, and Underwriters to develop and implement global export agency finance transactions.
  • Build a deep understanding of Citibank's products and services, including trade, banking, and credit solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide training and support to risk and business partners on export agency finance processes and credit risk management.
  • Assess and manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citigroup's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit risk management strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure Citibank remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit risk management, trade finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and industry research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate credit risk.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
