Factory Operations Director

Michael Page is proud to partner with a leading international company specialising in garment manufacturing for European, Asian, and US markets, serving high-end fashion brands.
Job Description- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Design and implement automation strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) from staffing to all other variable costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Lead talent management and development initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure factory safety and compliance, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Must have extensive experience in garment manufacturing, P&L management, quality assurance, and import/export standard procedures, with a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing methods.
- Be resilient, flexible, results-oriented, and values-centred, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, mentoring, and team-building abilities, with a hands-on approach to work.
- Hold a minimum of 10 years of experience as a factory manager, leading 2,000-3,000 employees, with a university degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related business course.
