Factory Operations Manager

International company specialises in garment manufacturing for European, Asian, and US market servicing High-End fashion brands.
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality garments, with a strong presence in the global market.
Job Description- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure all KPIs are met, driving business growth and profitability.
- Implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage P&L from staffing to all other variable costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Talent management and development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure factory safety and compliance, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in garment manufacturing and its processes, P&L management, Quality Assurance, and Import and Export standard procedures, and implementing Lean manufacturing methods.
- They must be resilient, flexible, results-oriented, and values-centred, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Factory Manager, leading 2,000-3,000 employees, with a University degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or any business course.
