**Job Summary**

Larac is seeking an experienced Waste Management Professional to lead our in-house waste services team and play a key role in developing and delivering our long-term waste strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operational Service Delivery**: Manage the day-to-day operational waste service with the support of an existing experienced management team.
  • **Strategic Alignment**: Align all service and strategic operations to our company's goals and objectives, including our commitment to environmental sustainability.
  • **Commercial Development**: Oversee and develop all commercial elements of the service, including paid-for services and income-generating initiatives.
  • **Contract Management**: Develop and manage contracts to ensure efficient and compliant waste collection services.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant waste collection services. You will have a good understanding of the key drivers and legislation needed for the safe and legal operation of the waste collection service. Previous experience of working in a similar role and managing waste transfer activities is highly desirable.
