Accommodation Quality Assurance Associate

The Service Excellence division operates as a centralized support system within Housekeeping Accommodation, responsible for a variety of essential operational tasks. Your contributions in this area will significantly influence the ongoing delivery of an outstanding guest experience.

ACCOMMODATION QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE | £11.60 per hour

Reporting to the Accommodation Quality Assurance Team Leader, your role will involve assisting in the achievement and maintenance of superior standards across all accommodation units through thorough assurance evaluations.

You will work to uphold, enhance, and elevate quality standards while promoting a 'right first-time' philosophy within our Accommodation teams, playing a vital role in the guest service journey and supporting the overall success of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Guest Ready Checks for accommodation units to ensure they meet company standards prior to guest arrivals Identifying and documenting any cleaning discrepancies within your authority and escalating issues as necessary Reporting any maintenance issues through the designated company fault reporting system Meeting targets related to the number of checks performed and overall guest satisfaction ratings Providing support to the broader housekeeping team as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

Confident and sociable with excellent communication skills Proficient in technology and software applications Motivated and positive approach to work Ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Desirable

Familiarity with cleaning practices and standards in a similar environment Previous experience in the cleaning sector Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities Proven experience in effective communication and engagement Background in a fast-paced, high-standard work environment

WORKING HOURS

You will be contracted for 48 hours over a 4-week period, with scheduled hours on Mondays and Fridays from 11am to 5pm.

As our village operates year-round, your schedule may include public holidays and festive periods on a rotational basis.
