Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Over 5 years of experience in managing eCommerce for consumer brands, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
  • Tech Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and Amazon Seller Central to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing Prowess: Hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and CRM strategies, with a focus on eCommerce platforms.
  • Amazon Marketplace Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimisation, AMS, and FBA/FBM.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker, comfortable with data tools, and capable of identifying insights that drive growth and performance optimisation.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent team player, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, ensuring shared goals are met.
