Join Our Team as an EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS teacher to join our team at a Good primary school in West London. As an EYFS teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to a supportive and exciting environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a two-form entry school with a lovely and welcoming environment. The school has an Outstanding Ofsted rating and believes in quality first education for all. As an EYFS teacher, you will be responsible for planning and executing learning activities for children in accordance with the National Curriculum, establishing and maintaining a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and evaluating each child's progress and adapting the curriculum accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust the curriculum to meet the needs of individual learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of student development and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and senior staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Experience working in a classroom setting, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other education professionals.
  • Passion and commitment to children's education.
