About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Practitioner to join our team at Acorn Early Years Foundation. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also supporting the development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to play, develop, and learn.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement the nursery's daily routine and ensure the effective delivery of the EYFS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to support the needs of our children.
  • Support the professional development of colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the nursery.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience working in an Early Years environment, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
