About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Development Worker to join our team at the Early Years Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of high-quality early years services across Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local Baby and Toddler groups, promoting the Alliance's mission and services.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on early years best practice, ensuring that all children receive the best possible start in life.
  • Deliver high-quality early years activities, tailored to meet the needs of local communities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting early years services.
Requirements
  • Hold a childcare qualification at Level 3 or above, or other relevant qualification.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development principles.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of the role.
