Job Title: Baby and Toddler Development Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Baby and Toddler Development Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us to ensure all children in Milton Keynes receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with Baby and Toddler group leaders across Milton Keynes.
  • Promoting the Baby and Toddler toolkit and Alliance membership benefits.
  • Delivering high-quality early years activities as directed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A childcare qualification at Level 3 or above, or other relevant qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
