Customer Service Representative - Basingstoke
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide outstanding customer service to customers via phone, ensuring a seamless experience during critical moments
* Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
