Oyster is in search of a skilled and motivated Regional Manager to lead a vibrant portfolio of student accommodations across the Midlands region. This essential role demands a dedicated leader who is passionate about enhancing the living experiences of student residents while ensuring the properties operate efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage the daily functions of various student accommodation facilities in the Midlands, ensuring all locations uphold exceptional service and maintenance standards.
  • Team Development: Inspire, guide, and cultivate on-site personnel, promoting a constructive work atmosphere and encouraging professional advancement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, track spending, and introduce cost-effective strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Guarantee a superior living experience for all student residents by upholding high customer service standards, swiftly addressing concerns, and organizing resident engagement initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to pertinent health, safety, and legal regulations, conducting routine inspections and rectifying any identified issues.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile regular reports on portfolio metrics, including occupancy levels, financial outcomes, and resident feedback for upper management.
