Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Regional Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning services across the Midlands region. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of various facilities.

The Regional Cleaning Operations Manager will ensure that all cleaning operations are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate cleaning personnel to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor cleaning staff.
  • Inspire and lead the cleaning team to meet performance objectives.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage with clients to understand their cleaning needs and expectations.
  • Deliver regular updates on cleaning operations and address any client concerns.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to cleaning supplies and staffing.

Candidate Profile:

This role requires mobility across various locations, necessitating a Full UK Driving License. The ideal candidate will possess:
