Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Surveyor to play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational standards. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of compliance initiatives, ensuring that our properties meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks. Your primary focus will include overseeing programs related to fire safety, water quality, hazardous materials, vertical transportation systems, and energy systems.
Initially, your responsibilities will center on managing asbestos protocols, elevator systems, automated gates, and access control systems, along with supervising our key management strategies.
Effective collaboration and communication are essential in this position. You will engage with various internal and external stakeholders, manage service contracts, conduct regular project meetings, and provide expert guidance on quality assurance, design considerations, and financial management.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:
- HNC or CIOB in Building or Surveying or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of maintenance and construction management principles
- Proven experience in contract management within budgetary limits
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Proficient in relevant software applications used in maintenance operations
- Experience in managing programs related to asbestos, elevators, automated gates, access systems, and key management is preferred
