Position Overview:

Theramex Germany GmbH is in search of a visionary leader to take on the role of Director - Global Head of Market Access and Pricing. This pivotal position will focus on shaping our worldwide market access strategy, ensuring that innovative treatments are accessible to patients.

Location: St James' Park London, UK

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the VP, Global Marketing & Market Access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and oversee the global market access strategy and reimbursement frameworks for upcoming product launches.
  • Analyze economic policies, healthcare trends, and advancements in pricing and reimbursement regulations.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance Theramex's global market access strategy across various therapeutic areas and brands.
  • Establish and implement comprehensive global market access policy frameworks and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define market access objectives for therapeutic areas.
  • Develop and execute strategic brand initiatives that foster favorable access and funding conditions.
  • Create systematic methodologies for capability enhancement to support local affiliates.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for engaging with policy stakeholders.
  • Act as a thought leader on emerging market access trends and developments.
  • Build and maintain a network of market access and public policy professionals.
  • Craft global messaging through various channels, including corporate communications and media outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, public policy, health economics, or a related discipline (preference for health economics qualifications).
  • Demonstrated experience in market access and reimbursement roles, with a focus on global market access.
  • Passion for improving access to women's health treatments and innovative therapies.
  • Deep understanding of the policy implications affecting patient access.
  • Proven capability to lead and influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a penchant for innovative solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization and drug development processes.
  • Experience working in diverse, international environments.
  • Background in multiple therapeutic areas is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales, product marketing, planning, clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, analytical roles, HEOR, or finance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and writing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

This position is classified at a Senior Director or Director level, depending on the candidate's experience.
