About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Pricing and Market Access Consultant to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics, data, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver client analyses and deliverables
  • Develop client reports and presentations, and deliver findings to clients
  • Leverage business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches
  • Support the development of intellectual property for future engagements
  • Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through on-the-job experience and training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical/health industry
  • Ability to lead and own personal projects
  • Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical business practices and market research development processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH)
  • Background in international pricing and market access, analytics, and modeling/forecasting
  • One plus years of management consulting experience
