About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant at Access Infinity. As a key member of our global pricing and market access team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality strategic projects for our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex global pricing and market access consultancy projects, developing and refining strategies based on client needs, payer perspectives, and health system dynamics.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including payer analogues and clinical data, to inform pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Oversee in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, using HTA outcomes and pricing data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high standards in research, analysis, and deliverables, while collaborating across teams for optimal outcomes.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, and contributing to proposal development.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of internal processes and project management tools.
Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in global strategic market access consultancy, with a proven track record in project management and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the structure and function of international health systems, with familiarity in regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex qualitative and quantitative datasets, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
