Transforming Global Market Access

At Access Infinity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our global pricing and market access strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects for our pharma and biotech clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead complex global pricing and market access consultancy projects, developing and refining strategies based on client needs and payer perspectives.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including payer analogues and clinical data, to inform pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Oversee in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, using HTA outcomes and pricing data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage client relationships by understanding their stated and unstated needs, and delivering high-value, actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high standards in research, analysis, and deliverables, while collaborating across teams for optimal outcomes.
  • Support business development by identifying new opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, and contributing to proposal development.
  • Effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to clients through clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Continuously contribute to the improvement of internal processes and project management tools.

About You:

We are seeking proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong project management and client engagement skills. You should be an excellent communicator, adept at managing teams, and driven to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in global strategic market access consultancy, with a proven track record in project management and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the structure and function of international health systems, with familiarity in regulatory environments.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering tailored strategic insights to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex qualitative and quantitative datasets, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
  • A proven team player, able to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Ideal:

Advanced education in life sciences, health economics, or a related field. Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing. Experience managing the growth and development of more junior team members. Experience working as part of a team in a remote or hybrid work environment.
