Job Summary

This role is part of a team that delivers clinical education and development programs for healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will lead one of the two Clinical Education Teams, working closely with the Associate Directors of Nursing to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership to the Practice Development Nurses/Practitioners
  • Develop and deliver clinical and non-clinical skills training programs for learners across the organization
  • Ensure that training programs reflect improvements to patient safety and experience
  • Coordinate and deliver educational work streams, meeting KPIs
  • Line manage and support junior members of the practice education team
