About the Role

At Milburn Lewis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Governance Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data governance initiatives and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead data quality and data lineage initiatives to improve data accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data-related risks
  • Design and implement data management solutions to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data governance initiatives align with business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance and data management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data-related risks
  • Experience with data management solutions, such as Collibra
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align data governance initiatives with business objectives
