About Us: Creative Support is a rapidly expanding, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to individuals with diverse care requirements. We are currently in search of dedicated Relief Care Assistants to become part of our welcoming team.

Role Overview: We seek compassionate, respectful, and enthusiastic individuals to deliver personalized support and care to those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and complex needs.

Activities: The individuals we assist enjoy engaging in various activities, including swimming, cinema outings, and exploring nearby towns.

Support Model: Our empowering support framework enables individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain their independence, engage with their communities, develop essential life skills, and achieve their personal aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and medication management
  • Foster and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users
  • Perform general administrative tasks and housing management duties
  • Provide coverage for shifts and collaborate with the relief team
  • Select your preferred payment schedule, either weekly or monthly

Essential Experience: Prior experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is crucial for this Relief Care Assistant role.
