Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Plant & Equipment Manager to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of mechanical support to commissioning and handover of the facility in accordance with joint venture design and Sellafield site procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote site HSEQS initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage day-to-day Mechanical discipline, focusing on productivity, quality, and delivery
  • Review and update the risk register to mitigate potential hazards
  • Coordinate and monitor scope to ensure project objectives are met
  • Manage the production of AS Built records and obtain design information from delivery teams and subcontractors
  • Assess material samples for compliance with specifications and review subcontractor and supplier documentation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior construction management roles, working as part of a joint venture integrated team on large-scale projects covering all disciplines. Experience working on a Nuclear licensed site is preferred. The successful candidate will be computer literate and able to work effectively in a team environment.
