Mechanical Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Plant Manager to join our team at Coyle Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective management of the mechanical support to commissioning and handover of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote site HSEQS initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage day-to-day Mechanical discipline, focusing on productivity, quality, and delivery.
- Review and update the risk register to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Coordinate and monitor scope to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the production of AS Built records and obtain design information from delivery teams and subcontractors.
- Assess material samples for compliance with specifications and review subcontractor and supplier documentation.
- Ensure project procedures and work instructions are adhered to and manage resources to meet program and cost plans.
- Liaise with delivery teams and construction management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support HR and IR issues as required.
- Experience in senior construction management roles, working on large-scale projects covering all disciplines.
- Preferably experience working on a nuclear licensed site.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with various software systems.
