We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Plant & Equipment Manager to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of mechanical support to commissioning and handover of the facility, in accordance with joint venture design and Sellafield site procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Promote site HSEQS initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage day-to-day mechanical discipline, focusing on productivity, quality, and delivery
- Review and update the risk register to mitigate potential hazards
- Coordinate and monitor scope to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage site files and ensure accurate AS Built records are produced
- Obtain design information from delivery teams and subcontractors
- Assess material samples for compliance with specifications
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier documentation
The ideal candidate will have experience in senior construction management roles, working on large-scale projects covering all disciplines. Experience working on a nuclear licensed site is preferred.
Computer literacy is essential for this role.
