Job Title: IT Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of Hydro processes and systems by providing quality business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and organize requirements capture workshops to elicit requirements from the business.
  • Capture and model business processes (As-Is/To-Be analysis).
  • Build detailed gap analysis against the current state and the desired state.
  • Assist in the design and development of software solutions that meet the stated business requirements.
  • Work closely with the testing team to manage the testing process and produce test management reports for stakeholders.
  • Project manage small/medium-sized projects where required.
  • Identify areas of improvement in projects and programmes to increase quality.
Requirements
  • IT-related degree, HND, or BTEC qualification.
  • Proven experience working in the complete software development lifecycle (Analysis > Design > Build > Test > Deployment).
  • Deep understanding of requirements engineering process ranging from elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of functional/non-functional requirements.
  • Process modelling against the BPMN 2.0 standard.
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies.
  • Experience/knowledge with MS Office/Visio/SharePoint.
