Position: IT Solutions Analyst
Reporting Line: Enterprise Application Manager
Contract Type: 6-month Contract
Work Arrangement: Remote work candidates will be considered
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Degree in IT or equivalent qualifications (HND, BTEC)
- Demonstrated experience throughout the software development lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies
- Proficient in process modeling adhering to BPMN 2.0 standards
- Familiarity with MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint
- Preferred: Business Analysis certification (BCS ISEB)

- Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under pressure
- Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the enhancement of Hydro's processes and systems
- Lead workshops for requirements gathering
- Document and model business processes
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis
- Assist in the design and development of software solutions
- Oversee the testing phase
- Possess extensive knowledge of data migration techniques
- Manage small to medium-sized projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
