We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our client's busy team in the West Sussex area, close to Gatwick Airport.
As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues either over the telephone or desk-side.
While previous experience is not essential, a keen interest in IT and a willingness to learn quickly are essential. Previous customer service experience and ITIL awareness or Foundation certification are preferred.
The successful candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in their career.
Our client offers a competitive salary in the region of £22,000, depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package, including bonus schemes, healthcare, and more.
Key Requirements:- ITIL Accreditation or working towards/previous Customer Service experience
- Windows 7
- MS Office 2010/2013
- Previous 1st Line Support Experience
- Experience of working to SLAs both Team and Individual
