Junior Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our busy client's team in the West Sussex area. As a 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues via telephone or desk-side support.

No prior experience is necessary for this role, but a keen interest in IT and a willingness to learn quickly are essential. Previous customer service experience and ITIL awareness or Foundation certification are preferred.

The successful candidate will be flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Our client offers a competitive salary of £22,000, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package, including bonus schemes, healthcare, and more.

Key Requirements:
  1. ITIL Accreditation or working towards/previous Customer Service experience
  2. Windows 7
  3. MS Office 2010/2013
  4. Previous 1st Line Support Experience
  5. Experience of working to SLAs both Team and Individual
