About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, including the lobby, reception, and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, reception, and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure that all staff facilities are kept in a neat and clean condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a busy customer-oriented environment.
