Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Contracts team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value public and private sector customers, ensuring seamless customer liaison and contract fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value public and private sector customers, ensuring timely and efficient contract fulfillment.
- Assist with raising and managing Purchase Orders (SAP) and participate in final invoicing approvals.
- Process high volumes of varied customer orders and requirements, capturing and processing customer requirements for IT, electrical, and environmental waste recycling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
- Provide financial operations support, including pricing, invoicing, and query handling.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Co-ordinator to ensure seamless team, finance, compliance, and logistics management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Operations, or Account Management roles.
- Proven experience in managing and developing new and existing customer accounts.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
- Performance management and results-oriented, with the ability to identify, communicate, and propose solutions to customer issues.
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of SAP an advantage.
