Year 5 Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join an outstanding 2 form entry primary school in Bromley. This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.

The Role
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 5 students.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports student growth and learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching practices.
  • Ensure the wellbeing and academic progress of all students in your class.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience in Year 5 (though not essential)
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
