About the RoleAs a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring seamless communication and organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting workshop controllers with daily tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow
- Maintaining digital job packs and loading them into the workshop diary
- Daily invoicing of completed jobs and uploading service history to manufacturer portals
- Supporting the sales department with vehicle preparation and checking company reports
- Maintaining payment records and conducting file checks
- Providing general support to the service team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience with Keyloop, Kerridge, CDK, or Drive
- Previous experience in an Administrator or Service Advisor role in a dealership
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Friendly and expert communication and interpersonal skills
This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
