About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behavior.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a comprehensive and person-centered approach to care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
